What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes. Depending on each client's needs, your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
Helping with mobility and safe movement around the home
Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and assisting with errrands
Observing changes in client health, safet, or general well-being and communicating concerns to the appropriate team members
Following individualized care plans and documenting services as required
Supporting clients in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for each client

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company policy and applicable insurance requirements
Ability to successfully complete applicable background screening and drug test requiremnents
Ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendanced

Physical Demands

This position involves providing hands-on assistance to clients in a home environment. Essential duties may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, assisting clients with mobility, positioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe care practices.
