Current Openings

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) And Homemaker(HMK)– Bloomington

• Sunday through Thursday 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• HMK Flexible on timing

Homemaker(HMK)– Apple Valley

* 5 hours per week flexible

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Carver

* Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6PM

Homemaker (HMK) – Chaska

* Tuesday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – St Cloud

* Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and overall well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental conditions.
• Support medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other specialized care needs.
• Utilize proper safety procedures and equipment, including Hoyer lifts when required.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all company policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or related settings preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, disability services, or autism support is beneficial.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to safely assist clients with transfers and mobility support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans.
