We are currently seeking an experienced caregiver for a client in Barkhamsted, CT.

Client Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM (3.5 hours)

Total Hours

15.5 hours per week

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Driver Required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and provide companionship

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities are client-specific and may include

• Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
• Assisting with hobbies, games, and activities
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Stand-by assistance with walking and mobility
• Meal planning and light meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and running errands as needed
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence care
