Home Instead of Northborough, Natick & Sturbridge is hiring Caregivers / Care Professionals throughout Greater Worcester and MetroWest.

No CNA or PCA certification? No problem. We provide paid training and free PCA certification. Former or expired CNAs are also encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you'll help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include

• Companionship and conversation
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands
• Personal care
• Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients

What We're Looking For

• A genuine desire to help older adults
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but certification is not required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

Work Near Home

Home Instead serves more than 32 communities throughout Greater Worcester and MetroWest. We work to match Care Professionals with clients based on location, availability, and scheduling preferences whenever possible.

Interviews and training are held at our Northborough and Natick offices. Once orientation and training are complete, you will not need to regularly report to the office.
