We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to join our team for the weekend shift. Duties

• Safely operate Hoyer lifts and manual handling equipment to assist residents with mobility needs
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Observe and monitor patients’ health status, noting changes in condition or behavior and reporting findings promptly
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition for residents
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas to promote a safe and hygienic environment
• Follow care plans meticulously, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere aligned with individual preferences and needs
