Caregiver Recruiter (Home Care)

About the Role

A Special Touch In-Home Care is hiring aCaregiver Recruiter to help us consistently attract, interview, and hire great caregivers (CNA, HHA, Direct Care Workers). This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives on follow-up, relationship-building, and hitting weekly hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Manage the pipeline: sourcing screening interviewing onboarding coordination
• Conduct high-volume outreach (calls/texts/emails) and keep candidates moving
• Schedule interviews, reduce no-shows, and improve time-to-hire
• Refresh and optimize job postings to maintain strong applicant flow
• Track candidates and hiring activity accurately in our systems
• Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent staffing needs
• Support recruiting events/open interview days as needed
• Updating New hire files and employee files in the agency's EMR

Qualifications

* 1+ year recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience (healthcare/home care preferred)

* Strong phone skills and comfort with frequent outbound outreach

* Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities

* Comfortable working toward measurable goals (calls, interviews, hires, time-to-fill)

* Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in both locations weekly

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

* Home care staffing/recruiting experience

* Experience hiring CNAs/HHAs/DCWs

* Knowledge of local recruiting sources in West Virginia
