Allegro Fort Lauderdale is one of South Florida's most respected senior living communities — and we're looking for an experienced, dedicated Caregiver (Resident Assistant) to join our Assisted Living team. This is a role for a seasoned caregiver who takes their craft seriously, brings consistency and compassion to every shift, and is ready to make a real difference in a large, vibrant community.

If you have at least 2 years of ALF experience and you're ready to bring your skills somewhere they'll truly be valued — we want to talk to you.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) — required
• CPR and First Aid certification — required
• A genuine passion for senior care and a commitment to resident dignity
• Dependable, professional, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working in a large, fast-paced community environment
• Every other weekend availability required
