Windsor Manor Webster City is hiring compassionate, dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living team. If you have a heart for seniors and a dependable work ethic — we want to meet you. No CNA license or certification required.

If you have experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or Private Caregiver, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts Available

• Full-Time | 2nd Shift | 2:00pm–10:00pm | 5 days/week | Every other weekend | Must be willing to work holidays
• Part-Time | 1st Shift | 6:00am–2:00pm | Every other weekend required

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
• Provide medication reminders as permitted
• Follow resident service plans and document all care provided
• Communicate with the Resident Services team to maintain continuity of care
• Build genuine, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment every shift
• Support activities and daily operations within the community

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience — required
• CNA, Home Health, Private Caregiver, or Senior Living experience — preferred
• Willingness to obtain med manager certification (FT applicants) — required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine passion for working with seniors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR and First Aid certification — preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must complete required dementia training, background screening, and follow Drug-Free Workplace policy
