Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, hands-on care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility and safe transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Monitor and document vital signs and client observations accurately.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience required.
• Valid CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to obtain a Level 2 Background Check

* 12 hour Day and Overnight shifts available
