About Krista Care

Caregiving is real work, and it matters. At Krista Care, we provide compassionate, non-medical home care to clients who are elderly, recovering, living with a disability, or simply need a hand with daily life. We are a growing agency, and we are looking for caregivers who take pride in doing this well.

Who we're looking for

The caregivers who thrive here share a few things: a genuine desire to help people, patience and warmth, and dependability. Experience is not required. If you have cared for a family member, volunteered in your community, or simply have a giving heart and want to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Why caregivers stay with us

• We invest in your start. We cover your TB test, and we reimburse your Live Scan and HCA registration once you are established with us. Ask us how it works.
• Real hours, real schedules. We have steady client needs and we work to build you a schedule that fits your life. Caregivers in good standing are first in line for more hours and the placements they want, up to 6 days a week.
• Coordinators who actually pick up the phone. Our care team knows you by name, builds real relationships, and does its best to honor your scheduling requests. You are never on your own.
• Your language is an asset. We serve a diverse community, and clients often ask for caregivers who speak Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, and more. Speaking one of these, especially alongside English, can open up more placements for you.
• Rewards for great caregivers. On top of weekly pay, caregivers in good standing have bonus opportunities and other ways to earn more. Ask us for details.
