As a Continuum Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Communicating effectively with families and the care team
• Anticipating client needs and providing proactive support

We're looking for caregivers who are

• Experienced in providing in-home care (required)
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Committed to delivering exceptional care and customer service

### Caregiver Requirements:

• Previous home care or caregiving experience required
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers using assistive devices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
