Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will travel to clients' homes and provide non-medical assistance, companionship, and support with daily activities. Your care and attention can make a profound difference in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged at home.

Responsibilities

--------------------

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Support clients with daily routines while promoting independence and dignity
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping
• Escort clients to appointments and community activities
• Assist with walking, mobility, and general safety supervision
• Encourage engagement in hobbies and social activities
• Observe and report concerns to the care team
• Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful home environment

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties
• Professional, responsible, and trustworthy work ethic
• Previous caregiving, companion, home care, healthcare, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
