Caregiver **SWING SHIFT**

NorthCare Assisted Living is looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Montana. We provide person-centered care in a supportive, home-like environment where residents and staff feel valued and respected.

Position

Caregiver Location: Missoula Campus Shift: Swing Shift 2pm - 10pm

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating).
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.
• Encourage resident participation in daily activities and engagement opportunities.
• Assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate and dependable team players who genuinely enjoy helping others.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents safely.
