Caregiver

Our team is looking for a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to support adults with diverse needs. Duties.

Personalized Care & Support: Provide attentive supervision and person-centered assistance for adults with varying levels of need and mobility requirements.

Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with essential daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility transfers, and personal hygiene, tailored to individual care plans.

Engagement & Well-Being: Plan and implement meaningful activities that promote cognitive stimulation, independence, social connection, and overall mental health.

Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment by strictly adhering to adult care safety guidelines, injury prevention protocols, and positive support strategies.

Experience & Requirements

Relevant Background: Prior experience working with adults residential facilities, assisted living, or community care settings.

Specialized Care Knowledge: Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, chronic conditions, or special care needs is highly valued.

Activity & Behavior Management: Familiarity with planning adult-focused routines and activities tailored to varying physical and cognitive abilities.

Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certification required, HCA,CNA.

Compliance & Standards: Clear understanding of adult protection guidelines, client rights, and reporting standards.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
