Pay

$17.75–$18.25 per hour Schedule: Weekday and Weekend availability Additional Compensation: Mileage Reimbursement

Thoughtful Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Offer companionship and supervision
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and appointments
• Support clients with possible Alzheimer's and dementia
• Follow client care plans and complete shift notes

What We're Looking For

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (we can assist you-It's easy!)
• Current TB clearance
• Previous caregiving experience
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Weekend availability is required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using an app for scheduling and documentation
