Qualifications

Care Team Partners must meet the following requirements

• Credentialing – Provided at no cost for Personal Care
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with up-to-date registration and auto insurance meeting state requirements
• Clean driving record and background check
• Personal and professional reference checks
• Pass company-paid comprehensive screenings, including:

State and federal background checks

Driving record check

Drug screening

TB Screening
