### Position Overview

Nova Leap Health is seeking caring and reliable Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients throughout the Louisville area. In this role, you'll help clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and contribute to their overall health, comfort, and quality of life.

### Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
• Monitor clients' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with errands or transportation when required.

### Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.
