Job Overview

The Caregiver provides individualized home support through IHS and homemaker services in downtown Saint Paul. This role is suited to someone who is dependable, respectful, and attentive to each person’s preferences, privacy, and independence. Day-to-day work focuses on practical assistance and a supportive home environment; specific tasks are guided by the individual’s needs and service plan. Your impact: thoughtful, consistent support helps people manage daily routines and remain comfortable in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaker support in the individual’s home.
• Assist with everyday routines as directed.
• Follow the individual’s preferences and service plan.
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and orderly environment.
• Communicate relevant concerns to the appropriate care team.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
