Certified Caregiver (Active WA HCA/CNA Required) - Serious Applicants

You're certified. You're good at this. And the last big facility still had you doing the work of three people - chronically short-staffed, call lights stacking up with no backup, every judgment call second-guessed by someone with half your experience. Treated like a pair of hands instead of the professional you trained to be. No say over your own schedule, and nowhere to move up.

We're a small, family-run adult family home in Spokane, and we're hiring ONE experienced certified caregiver. Here you actually know your residents - their names, their stories, how they take their coffee - and you have the time to give real care instead of running crisis to crisis. Your judgment matters, and you're trusted to use it. Nobody managing you over your shoulder.

And you control the dial. Want the hours? Stack extra shifts and awake overnights and build real income - the work is here for you. Want it steady and predictable? That's your call too. Either way it's your decision, not a schedule dictated at you.

There's also a real path up: caregiver to lead to resident manager - and for the right person over time, a path toward running an adult family home of your own. One caregiver we know started right where you are and now owns four homes. If you're building toward something, we build it with you.

Pay: $20-24/hr DOE, plus a differential for awake overnight shifts.
