About the Role As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: * Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming * Managing medications and administering injections, as needed * Providing meal preparation and assistance with feeding * Assisting with mobility and transfers, including use of walkers and wheelchairs * Providing emotional support and companionship to clients * Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, following established protocols and guidelines * Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including their homes and yards * Work closely with other caregivers, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure continuity of care * Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements * Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of client care Requirements * Certified Caregiver (CCG) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift 25 pounds or more, with assistance if needed * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*...
