Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Saba Home Health Care is a company that is professional and dedicated to a mission to deliver high-quality home health care to all in need. We are currently looking for an excellent Certified Home Health Aides . This position would be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients in their home while demonstrating our values of integrity, caring and compassion.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports our company mission to provide high-quality professional care that our clients deserve
• Provides personal care services as established in the plan of care
• Assists patients with mobilization
• Assists with hygiene (bathing, oral care, dressing, etc) and more
• Performs light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, etc
• Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Submits required documentation as per agency policy and procedures
• Ensures compliance of agency infection control and safety policies
• Demonstrates sound judgment

Qualifications and Skills

• Current and valid Home Health Aide Certification
• Meets all state requirements for CHHAs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
