About the Role

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you'll work on a part-time and full-time schedule, providing hourly care to our clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You'll work in collaboration with our registered nurses to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care services to clients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Work in collaboration with our registered nurses to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate with clients, families, and nurses as needed
• Participate in regular training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New Jersey
