Responsibilities

• Assist our patients with daily care such as grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Assist with medication; take and record vitals.
• Assess home situations to determine that our patients are in the best possible environment.
• Provide emotional support to our patients and their families.
• Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary.
• Act as a home health educator for our patients and their families.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* Active CPR certification required (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE). * Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - preferred/ Home Health Aide (HHA) - required Valid PPD skin test *

Physical Requirements

* Standing and sitting for long periods of time, up to 12 hours. * Reaching above their head or using their hands and arms for various tasks. * Bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling to assist patients or operate equipment. * Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more to move patients, equipment, or children.
