Certified Nursing Assistant 10p-6a

The Green House Cottages of Belle Meade is seeking Shahbaz to provide care to our elders, in an amazing and beautiful home-like setting that incorporates holistic care and elder participation. We offer 2 new incentive programs, as well as, a new pay scale including a shift diff (2p-10p= $1.00 and 10p-6a=$0.50). The primary purpose of this position is to protect, nurture, and sustain the elders by providing assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that promotes a high quality of life. Candidates will prepare and serve meals, launder clothing, and perform routine housekeeping duties. Other responsibilities include providing activities that engage the elders in a meaningful way and working cooperatively with other Shahbazim on the self-managed work team. Must have a current CNA certificate, previous experience with the elderly preferred.
