As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avir at Camp Wood, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in Uvalde, Texas. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and mobility needs
• Take vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records
• Support residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following facility policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with varying weights and abilities
