Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at AdviniaCare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will assist staff members with and contribute to the implementation of total resident care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vitals and patient behavior, reporting findings to the nursing and medical staff, and assisting patients with mobility needs,

bathing, and personal care.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with strong communication skills, detail-oriented, patient, compassionate, and empathetic
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs
• Be at least 16 years old
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass the State Exam and register as a Certified Nurse Aide
