• Part Time & PRN Shifts

*Duties and Responsibilities*

• Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with established facility procedures (encourage showers and other self-help measures/activities).
• Close monitoring of complex chronic conditions may also be required.
• Charting in PCC.
• Provide personal care for residents
• Provide ADL’s to Residents
• Report to work as scheduled

*MUST ALSO:*

- Demonstrates a good attitude with pleasant demeaner

- Commitment to person-centered and resident-directed care.

- Has work ethic: wants to work, enjoys being a CNA, completes duties and is a TEAM PLAYER!

- Must have reliable transportation, tardiness and call-ins are not tolerated.
