Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime, feeding, and hydration
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare team members
