Schedule

• Part-Time | 37.5 Hours Biweekly
• Rotating 2x8s / 3x8s shifts
• Day & Evening shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday required

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, feeding, mobility, and personal care
• Support resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Provide restorative and supportive care in accordance with care plans

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI specifically) required
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required
• Must have held CNA license for at least 1 year
