Pay

$950 – $962 Per Week (Total Gross)

Schedule

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (5x7.5-hour shifts)
• Shift: Evenings
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend (EOW) and Holidays required
• Orientation: Must be available for a full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct resident care in accordance with established care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support repositioning, safe transfers, and ambulation using assistive devices.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure resident comfort and dignity are upheld.
• Accurate documentation of care provided within the facility's EMR system.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active New York State (NYS) CNA Certification (Required)
• Active BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience (Must have been licensed for at least 1 year)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
