Job Duties: * Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities * Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility * Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition * Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care * Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction

Requirements: Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin* OR * A Resident Assistant (RA) holding all required CBRF certifications as mandated by the state of Wisconsin * Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility * CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) * Strong communication and time management skills * Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
