About the Role

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting a sense of comfort and well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including basic nursing tasks, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with transferring, positioning, and ambulating residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in care conferences and other interdisciplinary meetings
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction
