For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants (CNA):
0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,000 (full time)
1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

R6 is a dynamic 24-bed neurosurgical / trauma unit with an embedded 9-bed neuro-focused Intermediate Care Unit (IMC). Bean 2 is a 12-bed Total Joint Center. This position offers the R6/B2 CNA an opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a supportive environment as an integral member of a collaborative team of highly trained staff.
The R6 patient population includes adults and older adolescents with neurological and orthopedic conditions including closed head injuries, strokes, brain tumors, seizure disorders, multi-traumas, and conditions requiring neurosurgical intervention. In R6 IMC, closer observation, collaboration, and teamwork amongst the RNs and CNAs is required to support care needs of these higher acuity patients. The Bean 2 patient population consists of adults who have undergone joint replacement surgeries, and this unit serves as the Joint Center for our nationally recognized and Joint Commission accredited joint replacement program. This fast-paced unit consistently receives exceptional patient satisfaction scores.
