What You’ll Do

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, grooming, and toileting
• Assist nursing staff with resident care needs
• Document care and communicate resident changes to the nursing team
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Arizona CNA License required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass background check
• Must qualify for or already possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
