6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Schedule

Full-time rotation (4 days on / 2 days off)

Guaranteed Hours

40 hours per week

Pay Rate

$23/hour on W-2: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility.

$32/hour on W-2: Candidates residing more than 50 miles from the facility.

Requirements

• Active Washington State CNA License.
• Active status on Washington State OBRA Registry.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
