### ✨ Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive environment.

### What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide emotional and psychosocial support
• Assist with meals, hydration, and supplements
• Support safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques
• Perform range of motion and passive exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Follow infection control protocols including PPE and proper hygiene practices

### ✅ Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Active CNA certification (state-specific)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
• Strong attention to detail and patient-centered care approach

### Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout shift
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
