Looking for flexibility? Our PRN Night CNA positions allow you to stay active while picking up shifts when it fits your schedule.

### What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay
• Flexible, On-Call Schedule: Day shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), as coverage is needed
• Commitment: Just 1 shift per month
• No Weekend Requirement

### What You'll Do:

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed
• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
• Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified

### TrainingSupport:

On-the-job training is provided, tailored to your individual experience and comfort level.

### What We're Looking For:

• Current CNA certification
• Dependability and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations
