Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. We are a small, home feel, assisted Living facility. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our residents. The Nursing Assistant will assist with daily living activities, medication management, ensure resident comfort, and contribute to the overall quality of care.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Follow procedures for administration and medication management.
• Provide support in mobility and assistance of patients within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with medical documentation standards.
• Communicate effectively with administrator and nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
• Participate in patient care planning and contribute to the implementation of care strategies.
• Uphold patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant required.
• Food handlers permit.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
