Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
• Observe and report changes in client condition promptly to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for you clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required; current state licensure preferred
• Prior experience working with senior patients or in long-term care facilities highly desirable
• Experience in diverse healthcare settings
• Strong caregiving skills with excellent communication abilities and compassionate manner
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper techniques; manual handling skills essential for client transfer tasks
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding sensitive information

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
