Available Shifts

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM *(plus $4.00/hour shift differential)*
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM *(plus $3.00/hour shift differential)*

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA Certification in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform essential job functions in a fast-paced environment.
