### What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support patient mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Monitor and document vital signs as directed
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and other supportive care activities
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care that positively impacts the patient's daily life

### Qualifications

• Completion of a CNA, Home Health Aide, or equivalent competency training program as required by state and federal regulations
• Current CPR certification and First Aid certification, if required by state regulations
• Ability to follow written care plans and accurately document care provided
• Successful completion of required screenings, training, and competency requirements
• Commitment to delivering dependable, patient-focused care
