As a CNA, you play a vital role in supporting residents with daily care, comfort, and dignity while working alongside a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers.

What You'll Do

As a CNA on our team, you will

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Work closely with nurses and other caregivers to ensure excellent resident care
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – State of Nevada
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (but not required)
• Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
