Certified & Non-Certified Nurse Aides (Full-Time & Part-Time)

is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team! We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and non-certified nurses' aides to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and the surrounding areas.

Pay

$15.30–$17.50 per hour

, based on experience, certification, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
• Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent home environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
• Ability to pass required background screening.
