Optimal Hospice is searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The CNA will travel from patient’s home or placement to provide care. The CNA is an essential part of the Hospice multidisciplinary team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOSPICE CNA

• Provide personal care to patients including: baths/showers, oral hygiene, grooming etc.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace and dignity.
• Enhance the quality of someone’s life every day.
• Provides patients with personal care as designated in the plan of care; understands Colorado law related to the supervision and delegation process from RN to CNA.
