Certified Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver

Overview

In this role, you will provide personalized, non-medical care in home and community-based settings, supporting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene
• Provide companionship, safety supervision, and emotional support
• Assist with light meal preparation and daily routines
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Support clients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care
• Follow care plans and agency protocols to ensure high-quality, compliant care

Requirements

• PCA or CNA certification (as applicable)
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or patient care preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transfers
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and care teams
• Knowledge of client privacy and HIPAA standards

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Per diem, PRN

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
