Job Description

Pocahontas Healthcare and Rehab is currently seeking 3pm-11pm CNAs

(12 hour flexible shifts considered)

Qualifications

Current Arkansas CNA certification in good standing.
Must pass required criminal background and maltreatment registry checks, with no disqualifying criminal history or findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
Must be eligible for employment through the Arkansas CNA/Employment Clearance Registry and meet all applicable Arkansas Office of Long Term Care (OLTC) employment requirements.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a respectful, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities include

assisting residents with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and other daily needs; following care plans and infection prevention procedures; and reporting changes to nursing staff.
