Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to support patient care and transport within a behavioral health and group therapy program. The ideal candidate will assist in providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care to patients, particularly elderly individuals, while ensuring a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and comfort
• Safely transport patients within the facility as required
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide support during behavioral health and group therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Deliver compassionate care with respect for patient dignity and privacy

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification (required)
• Previous experience in patient care, elderly care, or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle patients with care, patience, and professionalism
• Physically able to assist with patient movement and transport
