Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview

Join our care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and help patients feel safe, respected, and supported. You’ll communicate with the nursing team and providers

Duties

• Measure and record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition; complete accurate medical documentation and records.
• Follow infection prevention and aseptic technique, maintain patient confidentiality under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and care teams.

Experience

• Required: Current CNA certification and ability to perform essential patient-care duties, including manual handling and safe lifting.
• Familiarity with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), basic life support (BLS), medication administration, phlebotomy, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, durable medical equipment (DME), and electronic medical or health records (EMR/EHR) is valued. Systems may include Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
