Certified Nursing Assistant

Position Summary

Whole Wellness Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients. CNAs will assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain a safe environment, and support overall health and wellness under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene

● Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises

● Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

● Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight)

● Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to nursing staff promptly

● Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

● Assist with medication reminders (no administration unless delegated by RN per NC law)

● Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

● Comply with client care plans, agency policies, and state regulations

● Practice infection control and safety precautions

Qualifications

● Current and valid North Carolina CNA certification (listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry)

● Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)

● High school diploma or GED

● At least 6 months of experience in home care or long-term care preferred ● Ability to pass a criminal background check, and TB test

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
