Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support nurses in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and care areas.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights.
• Assist nursing staff with daily patient care activities.
• Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and infection control practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality patient care.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with lifting or transferring patients as required.

Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
